TGIF AGAIN!

Work is almost done for the day and I am so ready for the weekend! Had a busy ID clinic this morning followed by an equally busy afternoon reviewing patients in the periphery (I think I only saw 5 % of my patients!) and seeing the new referrals (the last one came in at 4.10pm! Ugh!!!!). I am secretly praying that my pager won't go off in the next 40 minutes or so then I can drive home in peace. :-P
