Brickwalled

It's really disheartening to hear from my own fellow colleagues that it's best to keep quiet and carry on with our work because "nothing will change and you will get blacklisted and persecuted if you rock the boat".

Sigh! It's precisely this mentality and culture that I find so irksome and frustrating, not just amongst my colleagues and friends but also, I think, among my fellow Malaysians as a whole. It's because of this apathetic culture that we have bred a host of "small Napoleons" as what was mentioned by our dear PM recently.

So, I have hit a brick wall, but it doesn't mean I am going to stop. :-)
