Times are bad

This new sign was pasted on the wall of the postgrad room that I use, right above the printer. It seems from 1st June onwards, we have to buy our own printer toner. It will not be provided anymore by the Postgraduate Secretariat. The said printer is a HP Laserjet 1300.

I guess it has to come to this. Sigh!

I probably will have to buy one in order to print my thesis later. These toners are expensive. I just hope that we won't be asked to bring our own printers next time!

The real winner in this scenario, of course, is Hewlett-Packard. :-(
