Thesis Update

The Cardiac clinic was pure madness today. 232 patients! Our highest record for this year. Some people aren't doing their jobs controlling the number of patients. By noon, temper was already flaring.

I didn't leave my room except twice when I had to go for a PU (pass urine) break. Lunch was kindly sponsored by a drug company (thanks fellas) which was delivered into our rooms.

Alas, out of the 200 odd patients, I only managed to recruit 19 patients today. The total now is 454 patients, another 46 to go.

It's raining dogs and cats outside. I wonder when will this horrible weather let up. I long to swim in the hot sun again.

Ok, gtg for locum. Tomorrow I am on call. Ugh!
