Post Geriatric Clinic, Pre Cardiac Clinic

I am in the in-between period where one clinic has just ended and another is about to start. It's kinda like the lull before the storm. I am feeling so sleepy; haven't really caught up with the lack of sleep from the last on call; and I am on call again tomorrow!!! AAARgh!!!!

I did, however, managed to recruit ONE patient in the geriatric clinic just now. So, now I need another 45 more patients to call it a day. I am meeting a statistician this Thursday to trash out a few problems with my data (I suspect it's going to be more than a few problems...ugh!).

It's the exam week this week, both the MMed Part 1 and 2. I can't believe it was only 6 months ago that I underwent this 'hell' (forgive the expression but I am sure none of the candidates will disagree). Yesterday night, I shot off a few sms-es to all my friends who are taking the exam this week. Some replied saying they are so exhausted and panicky. It's only natural, I have been there before. It's one of th worst time of my life.

All the best to you all, everyone sitting for the exam this week. Stay cool, get plenty of rest and go ace it! :-)

Cardiac clinic in 50 minutes. Think I will get a shut-eye.
