Virtual Soup

A dear brother of mine sent me this 'virtual soup' last night by sms. He knew I had a lousy day and if you visit his blog, you will know that it was his first attempt at making 'bubur cha cha'.

From the look of it, I think it was a success and it sure looked tasty! Yummy! It lifted my spirit a little. Thanks bro. He himself is undergoing a lot of stress since his Part I in Masters of Anaesthesia is just around the corner. It takes special people who can still bless others despite they themselves being in less than ideal situations.

I am not sure where bubur cha cha originated from and why it is named that way! Perhaps you drink it and dance the cha cha later? I don't know. But I have loved it since I was a young boy. I especially love it chilled! Slurp!!!

If only I can get my hands on a bowl of the real thing.....wow!!!
